Our Mission

Our mission is to make the real estate transaction process more transparent, simple, and attainable for home owners and prospective home buyers. Our tools and guidance can keep any owner or buyer on track to succeeding in their next property venture.

Home buyers, especially those that are first time buyers, often feel overwhelmed by the process and apprehensive about the perceived complexity of real estate negotations. At PropertyRails we believe these barriers can be overcome with the proper tools for buyers and a small amount of education on the process. We believe that any buyer should be able to use our tools and our guidance to purchase their next home without the need for intermediaries, and that any small amount of additional effort required from them will be well worth the finanical savings they will earn from handling their own purchase.

Home owners looking to sell their own home can often feel pressured by the real estate industry to use intermediaries. This can be in the form of direct pressure from intermediaries themselves or from indirect pressures such as: restricted access to market data and standard contracts, limited knowledge of the process, and no well supported platforms for FSBO transactions. At PropertyRails we believe that real estate owners should be able to sell their own property with the use of expert guidance, new technology, and a platform that supports those type of transactions.
